Return Policy

We care about every Nellora Apothecary customer experience, and we want you to love your new products as much as we do. If you are concerned about your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase date. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns; however, we will work with you for a resolution. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Our goal is to ship your products within 1-3 business days. Sometimes delays are unavoidable; in this case, someone from our team will contact you.

Changes and Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed once processed. You may, however, cancel the entire order before shipping and place a new, amended order. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel an order. Before finalizing your order, please review all order details carefully.

Cancellation of Order by Nellora Apothecary

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx to customers within the US. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates apply by weight for orders up to $75.00. We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more, before taxes and discounts.

Returned Packages

Any orders returned to us as undeliverable, unless due to an error made by Nellora Apothecary, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us via email at hello@nelloraapothecary.com within three days of receipt. Please have pictures of the damaged product and the outer shipping package ready for our Customer Care Team so that we may expedite a refund for your damaged items. We kindly ask that you retain the damaged products and/or outer shipping carton for 30 days, as the USPS may require the items to be brought into a local office for inspection.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted at our discretion. Any fees associated with international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
